Tiny Resort는 ODM(Off-site Domicile Module) 이라는 25m²내외의 공간을 100% 공장에서 사전 제작하여
고객이 원하는 장소로 운반하는 이동식 모듈 목조주택을 기반으로 한다.
‘ODM’은 세컨드 라이프에 대한 수요와 맞물려 주거 문화에 새로운 방향성을 제시하며 긍정적인 반응을 만들어내 사업 가능성을 증명했다.
타이니 리조트는 내부지향적인 주거 상품보다는 외부지향적인 아웃도어 레저 활동에 초점을 맞추고 개발했다는 점에서 기존 제품과 차별화된다.
Tiny Resort의 실내공간은 콤팩트하게 구성하되 거실과 침실, 화장실과 주방의 공간은 집과 같은 편안함을 사용자에게 제공하며,
개인의 취향에 따라 다양한 외부 활동을 지원하는 2m X 2m 규모의 아웃도어 블록 ‘Friends’들을 자유롭게 조합해 설치할 수 있다.
고요하고 차분하게 휴식을 즐길 수 있는 자쿠지 ‘Calmer,’ 불 피우기가 가능한 ‘The Terrace,’ 야외극장 ‘Toto’ 등
사용자들이 선호하는 야외 활동을 16개의 모듈화 된 블록에서 활용 가능하다. 사용자가 원하면 모듈화 된 블록을 추가해 크기를 키울 수도 있다.

코로나 19 이후 관광·레저 산업에서 가장 큰 변화는
